Internship teaches me with huge skills and knowledge of the field works, marketing and application of much knowledge that I had learned in the University.
I was able to learn the working environment in the real world. Even though as an intern we lack many things, we should always enthusiasm to learn every day.
I learned a great deal about how a farm is run in the real world and how we all have to break our shells and learn to be more proactive and communicative in order to work in teams.
After working for eight weeks in cucumber farm, we gained quite a bit of skills and knowledge that are needed to run a successful entrepreneurship.
Although, working in the farm was one of the hardest thing I have ever experienced in my entire life, it was still a very memorable and knowledgeable experience.
The experiences that I gained in internship are new insights and skills that can later be utilized in the world of work make me feel satisfied.
This experience taught me having discipline at work, punctuality, being responsible of the task given and also finishing the job at a required time.
