Practical Subjects: cocoa growing, harvesting cocoa pods, fermentation of cocoa seeds, sun-drying cocoa seeds, grinding dried cocoa seeds, conching
After learning the whole processing methods for cocoa during this internship, I am quite capable of implementing these methods even in my country.
I have developed farm-working experiences as well as working with cultural diversity skills.
