實習主題：clean the floor and storage containers, harvest Hirami lemons from the field, transport harvested lemons from field to the Factory, Weighing the lemons received from farmers, store lemons in the cold storage containers (8˚C-10˚C) before sending to juice production plant, collecting and storage packaging lemon juice, putting the company sticker in the packed lemon juice, production and transport packaging of lemon juice and lemon peel powder, making Transport Packaging boxes for packed lemon juice, putting Betel nut into the machine and removing the stem from it, covering empty plastic basket with plastic bag, transport Packaging of banana.
was able to experience the commercial part of agriculture and also acquired knowledge on small industry management. I experienced that the business world is totally different than the academic world.
We are so much delighted to learn the insights of post-harvest technologies and handling of lemon and banana.
I am so much delighted to learn the insights of post-harvest technologies and handling of lemon and banana. I am hopeful about the best use of this knowledge in the related field back home in the immediate future.
